Whether you see that as a good thing or a bad thing is entirely down to your opinion but the fact is that there are people out there who are facing serious legal issues either through no fault of their own, or simply because they were caught using something that may have been acceptable in one state or country, but was not in another.

In this section we will address the many legal issues that you can face as someone involved with recreational substances, whether as someone who sells alcohol, someone who consumes other drugs or someone who is fighting the war on these substances. As always, we take an objectionable standpoint and don’t make a point of picking sides.
